This solvent-based wet look semi-gloss finish paver protector is a sealer and joint stabilizer for hardscape installations using polymeric sand or traditional jointing aggregates.
Please note: This product is available only in California (CA), in compliance with local regulations.
For a single-coat application as a sealer: a 5-gallon pail will cover an area of 750 to 1,250 sq. ft.*
As a joint stabilizer: a 5-gallon pail will cover an area of 400 to 600 sq. ft.*

WL-87 wet look joint stabilizing sealer is an efficient solution for high-volume applicators.

Offer antifungal film protection that protects sealer film from mold, moss and algae. Its low-solid product offers better penetration and binding when used as a joint stabilizer.
Its stain guard - forms a protective film that prevents deterioration caused by chemical products such as de-icing salts and provides resistance to acids and alkalis.
