RoofSkin 25 years - Elastomeric Protective Coating for Metal Roofs
RoofSkin™ is an elastomeric coating specifically engineered to increase the lifespan of sheet-metal roofings while considerably improving their look.
Two coats of product must be applied in order to benefit from the warranty.
The cumulative quantity of the two coats must be 1 liter of product per 2 m2 (21 ft2).
The second coat will cover more surface area than the first.

Made of 100% acrylic elastomeric resin, RoofSkin™ Elastomeric Sheet-Metal Coating extends the life while improving the original appearance of your roofing. It modifies or rejuvenates the colour of the roof following partial repairs. Ultra-adherent, it forms a protective coat against the elements and the harsh Canadian climate; it prevents deterioration caused by frost, rain and UV rays. Water-based and free of bitumen, RoofSkin™ does not release unpleasant fumes, and it is environmentally-friendly.
