RoofKeeper 5 years - Elastomeric Protective Coating for Roof
RoofKeeper™ is an elastomeric coating specially formulated to extend the life of asphalte shingles while improving the original appearance of roofs.
Two coats of product must be applied in order to benefit from the warranty.
The cumulative quantity of the two coats must be 1 liter of product per 1.9 m2 (20 ft2).

Made of 100% acrylic elastomeric resin, RoofKeeper™ Elastomeric Shingle Coating extends the life while improving the original appearance of your roofing. It modifies or rejuvenates the colour of the roof following partial repairs. Ultra-adherent, it forms a protective coat against the elements and the harsh Canadian climate; it prevents deterioration caused by frost, rain, UV rays and the disbondment of granules. Water-based and free of bitumen, RoofKeeper™ does not release unpleasant fumes, and it is environmentally-friendly.
